My password-protected online escrow service keeps all the parties involved in a real estate transaction informed of the status of the sale/purchase transaction. 

Whether buying or selling real estate, this usually includes you, the other buyer or seller, myself, the other Realtor, the agent brokers, the lender, the title company, inspectors and other services.  Anyone decide to provide access to the online service can log in at any time to see what actions have been competed.
