Everyone wants to know if home prices are going up or down. This price forecast is based on pending home sales per the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service database. The accuracy of this forecast decreases with time, just like a weather forecast. So this forecast will be updated every month. Check back in! The Thick Black Line shows the monthly average price of homes in last 12 months, in thousands of dollars. The black circles and numbers show the forecasted numbers for the next 4 months. The thin black line shows the previous 16 months.

The Orange Lines and Numbers show the monthly median prices, which means half of all homes sold for higher prices, and half sold for lower prices. Lower median prices mean more lower-priced homes are being sold.
